I’m pleased to share a mini solo episode about the nature of positive change today! Cynthia was busy interviewing an AMAZING guest (stay tuned in 2019), so I grabbed the mic and shared some of my recent learnings from a truly excellent book: Atomic Habits by James Clear.
I’ll explain why change is often invisible for a long time when we make a positive change in our habits. If you’ve ever given up on a new habit because you weren’t seeing results quick enough, this episode is for you.
Hint: Meaningful change is usually very slow and we often quit before we can get to the good stuff.
